Shipping and Returns

Sales Taxes

We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within New Zealand. Prices in the shop are GST inclusive. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.

Delivery Information

360PRO orders are charged $8.95 delivery anywhere in New Zealand. For orders over $50 (incl. GST) delivery is free. We take the utmost care to ensure your order will reach you quickly and safely. We will make every effort to deliver your order as soon as possible, however please allow 2 - 5 working days for your order to arrive. We will notify you should any items be placed on back order.

Returning parcels to 360PRO

To ensure your mail and parcels reach us without delay, please note the following:

Standard Mail & Untracked Parcels – These must be sent to our PO Box 101613, Northshore, Auckland address. Our physical address cannot accept standard mail or untracked packages.

Courier Parcels – Only tracked courier deliveries will be accepted at our physical address, 36A Arrenway Drive, 0632, Rosedale.

Please double-check the correct address before shipping to avoid any delays.

Permission to Return and to Receive Credit

We will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is within 7 days of receipt. We will Issue Credit to the same Credit Card that was used to make the purchase in NZ dollars. For unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be our responsibility.
